This varies year by year.  I know this has been answered previoulsy and those answers are still available for hostorical purposes.  In 2011

Zonta International, which distributes birthing kits to VBA trainees, says the lifetime risk of death in childbirth is one in seven in rural PNG, with a maternal mortality rate of 300 per 100,000 live births.

Also the MMR was quoted by WHO team leader for maternal health, Dr Laura Guarenti, who said in 1996, there were 360 deaths out of every 100,000 pregnant mothers.  This had increased by 50% to 733 in 2006.
