How much is a kina worth in US dollars?

It depends on whether you are buying or selling PNG Currency and what amount you want to trade. It also depends on whether you are after notes or a telegraphic transfer (TT).

I suggest visiting your local bank or have a quick look at -- the Bank of South Pacific (BSP) Exchange Rate page to get a rough indication.

One Kina = approx 30 - 31 US cents for Notes and 35 - 36 US cents for a (TT) Telegraphic Transfer (August 2015) but it pays to check on a daily basis as the US dollar varies against most currencies on a daily basis.

I am trying to find out about Credit Unions in PNG. Can you help?

When was the Kina first used on the Internet?

Traditional Money?

What banks operate in PNG?
